If you are invited to a workspace, we process the email address and related account information necessary to provide access to that workspace.

We may collect and store information associated with your Clash Nexus AI workspace, including:

• workspace name;
• organization name;
• workspace members;
• user roles and permissions;
• subscription plan;
• account status;
• project information; and
• usage allowances.

Billing information

Payments and subscription billing are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

We do not directly store your complete payment-card number.

Our payment provider may provide us with limited transaction and billing information required to manage your subscription, such as:

• subscription plan;
• transaction status;
• billing status;
• payment date;
• payment method type;
• card brand; and
• limited card-identification information such as the last four digits.

Drawings, documents, and project content

When you use Clash Nexus AI, you may upload or import construction drawings and related project documents, typically in PDF or other supported formats.

Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:

• uploaded drawing files;
• drawing sheets and pages;
• drawing text;
• sheet numbers and titles;
• project and discipline information;
• drawing metadata;
• schedules, notes, details, symbols, callouts, and references;
• extracted drawing information;
• structured facts derived from drawings;
• coordination findings;
• potential clashes and discrepancies;
• AI-generated analysis;
• reports;
• review decisions;
• comments;
• tasks;
• RFIs; and
• related project workflow information.

This information is processed so Clash Nexus AI can provide its drawing review, coordination, analysis, reporting, and workflow functionality.

Integration data

If you connect Clash Nexus AI with supported third-party platforms such as Procore or Autodesk Construction Cloud, we may receive project data that you authorize those platforms to provide.

Depending on the integration and permissions you grant, this may include:

• project names;
• drawings;
• drawing versions;
• files;
• folders;
• project metadata;
• RFIs;
• related project records; and
• information required to perform the requested Clash Nexus AI workflow.

We only access integration data within the scope of the permissions and workflows authorized by you.

Usage, technical, and device information

We may automatically collect technical and usage information when you interact with the Service, including:

• IP address;
• browser type;
• device type;
• operating system;
• pages viewed;
• login activity;
• actions performed within the platform;
• timestamps;
• error information;
• system-performance information; and
• security and audit-log data.

We use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, monitor, and improve the Service.

• identify potential clashes, inconsistencies, coordination issues, missing information, discrepancies, and other review findings;
• generate findings, reports, and related project outputs;
• support review, task, RFI, and coordination workflows;
• provide authorized Procore, Autodesk, and other integrations;
• process subscriptions and payments;
• provide customer support;
• respond to inquiries;
• investigate technical problems;
• maintain logs and audit records;
• prevent fraud, unauthorized access, abuse, and security incidents;
• measure product performance and reliability;
• improve the Service and develop features;
• comply with legal and regulatory requirements; and
• enforce our agreements and protect our legal rights.

We understand that construction drawings, specifications, project records, and related documents may contain confidential, commercially sensitive, proprietary, or restricted information.

We treat customer project data accordingly.

You retain ownership of your content

You retain ownership of the drawings, documents, files, and project content that you or your authorized users upload or import into Clash Nexus AI.

Using Clash Nexus AI does not transfer ownership of your original project content to Thelon Technologies Inc.

You grant Thelon Technologies Inc. only the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, analyze, display, secure, support, and otherwise handle that content for the purpose of providing and operating the Service.

Your use of the Service must comply with our Terms of Service, including any requirements relating to your authority to upload or process third-party content.

How we process drawings

Clash Nexus AI may process uploaded or imported drawing content through multiple automated systems.

Depending on the feature being used, this processing may include:

• extracting text and drawing information;
• identifying sheets and document structure;
• identifying drawing disciplines;
• interpreting drawing references and relationships;
• extracting structured facts;
• comparing information across drawings;
• identifying potential conflicts, omissions, inconsistencies, and coordination concerns;
• performing AI-assisted drawing review;
• generating findings;
• generating reports; and
• supporting related review and project workflows.

Relevant drawing content may be transmitted to authorized cloud infrastructure, document-processing providers, or AI-processing providers solely as necessary to provide these functions.

Customer data is not sold

We do not sell your drawings, project documents, or project data.

We do not sell personal information.

We do not use the contents of your construction drawings for third-party advertising.

AI model training

We do not use customer drawings, project documents, or project content to train or fine-tune our own general-purpose AI models.

Where third-party AI providers are used to process customer content, we configure and use those services in accordance with the applicable provider terms and our contractual arrangements for business or API processing.

We do not authorize third-party AI providers to use customer project content for training their general-purpose AI models except where expressly agreed by the applicable customer or otherwise permitted under an applicable written agreement.

Workspace access

Customer project information and generated findings are intended to be accessible only to users authorized within the applicable workspace and to authorized personnel or service providers where access is reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, or support the Service.

When you connect Clash Nexus AI with third-party construction platforms such as Procore or Autodesk Construction Cloud, we process data received through those integrations only as necessary to provide the workflows you request.

This may include:

• importing drawings;
• reviewing drawings using Clash Nexus AI;
• performing NexScan analysis;
• generating reports;
• creating or supporting RFIs;
• synchronizing relevant project information; and
• supporting connected workspace workflows.

Data imported from Procore or Autodesk is not used by Thelon Technologies Inc. to train, fine-tune, or benchmark general-purpose AI or machine-learning models.

Access to integration data is limited by the permissions granted through the applicable third-party platform.

You may disconnect supported integrations in accordance with the functionality available through Clash Nexus AI or the applicable third-party platform.

Third-party platforms maintain their own privacy practices, terms, and security requirements. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective agreements.

Where Canadian privacy law applies, we collect, use, and disclose personal information with appropriate knowledge and consent, except where applicable law permits or requires otherwise.

Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar laws apply, we may process personal information based on one or more of the following legal grounds:

Performance of a contract

We process information where necessary to provide the Service you or your organization requested, including:

• drawing analysis;
• workspace functionality;

You are responsible for managing who you invite to your workspace and the permissions provided to those users.

At your direction

We may disclose information when you request or authorize us to do so, including through integrations or project workflows.

Legal requirements

We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to:

• comply with applicable law;
• respond to lawful government requests;
• comply with court orders or legal process;
• investigate fraud or security incidents;
• enforce our agreements; or

Stripe processes subscription and payment transactions.

We seek to avoid intentionally transmitting the substantive contents of customer drawings, drawing text, sheet titles, or similar confidential project content through standard analytics events.

Where required by applicable law or contract, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes to our sub-processors or privacy practices.

Customers may contact us for additional information about our current service providers.

• remember preferences;
• provide security functionality;
• measure website usage;
